G. Kingsley Ward has been Chairman of the Vimy Ridge Group Ltd. (VRG Capital) since its inception in 1982. With 40 years experience building successful companies, Mr. Ward serves as Chairman of Clarus Securities Holdings, an institutional investment dealer and holds a number of positions in various other private and public companies. Previously, Mr. Ward served as a Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhouse and later became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Mr. Ward is committed to community involvement and serves as a Director and Treasurer of the St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, a Governor of St. Andrew’s College, Chairman of Queen’s University Chemistry Innovation Council, and is the former Chairman of the Finance Committee and former member of the Mount Allison University Board of Regents Executive Committee.

G. Kingsley Ward is a former Honorary Colonel of the 2nd Battalion Royal New Brunswick Regiment (North Shore) and a current Member of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada (IDA).

President

J.R. Kingsley Ward has been President of VRG Capital, a division of The Vimy Ridge Group Ltd. since 1991 and has over 20 years of experience in initiating, structuring, and monetizing private equity investments. In addition to serving as VRG Capital’s President, Mr. Ward also holds the position of Chairman with Pareto Corporation (TSX-PTO), a marketing services company, is a Director of Clarus Securities Holdings, an institutional investment dealer and holds a number of positions in various other private and public companies.

Mr. Ward’s commitment to community involvement includes 20 years of volunteer work with Polo for Heart (a Heart & Stroke Foundation charity event) and the Polo for Health series of charity events. He is also a past Director of the Toronto Polo Club and a past Director of the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.

Mr. Ward has been ardently involved in the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and served as a Chairman of the Ontario Chapter, member of the YPO Canadian Regional Council, and is a current YPO member.

Brock Bundy- CMA, B.Soc.Sc.
Managing Director

Brock Bundy has been Managing Director of VRG Capital, a division of The Vimy Ridge Group Ltd. since 1998 and holds a number of Directorships within the portfolio of VRG companies, both private and public.

Prior to joining VRG Capital, Mr. Bundy held a number of senior positions with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). Commencing in 1988 he was Senior Institutional Trader in RBC’s Capital Market’s division with positions in both Tokyo, Japan and Toronto, Canada. In 1994, he moved to RBC’s Corporate Banking division where he went on to manage loan portfolios in excess of $400 million.

In addition to his business endeavours, Mr. Bundy has been a member of the Society of Management Accountants since 2007 and is a past member of the Association of Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association and Commercial Finance Association.
