G. Kingsley Ward was Chairman of Vimy Ridge Group Investments Inc.. (VRGII) since its inception in 1982. With 40 years experience building successful companies, Mr. Ward served as Chairman of Clarus Securities Holdings, an institutional investment dealer and held a number of positions in various other private and public companies.

Previously, Mr. Ward served as a Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhouse and later became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Mr. Ward was committed to community involvement and served as a Director and Treasurer of the St. Michael's Hospital Foundation, a Governor of St. Andrew's College, Chairman of Queen's University Chemistry Innovation Council, and is the former Chairman of the Finance Committee and former member of the Mount Allison University Board of Regents Executive Committee.

G. Kingsley Ward was a former Honorary Colonel of the 2nd Battalion Royal New Brunswick Regiment (North Shore) and was a Member of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada (IDA).

Mr. Ward passed away August 17th, 2014.
