Brock Bundy is a Canadian investment professional and corporate director with four decades of experience spanning capital markets, corporate banking, private investment, corporate finance, restructurings and board governance.

Since joining VRG Capital in 1998, Brock has played a senior role in the firm’s private investment activities, participating in more than 50 transactions across a range of industries and stages of corporate development. His work has included acquisitions, financings, restructurings and other strategic initiatives, working alongside management teams, boards, shareholders and lenders on complex transactions, capital structure and liquidity matters, and opportunities for long-term value creation.

Prior to VRG Capital, Brock spent a decade with Royal Bank of Canada in progressively senior roles in Canada and Japan. He worked within RBC Capital Markets as an institutional trader, including as a senior trader in Tokyo, before joining RBC Corporate Banking, where he focused on specialized financing and operating structures for investment management firms, mutual fund companies and pension plans.

Brock has extensive public and private company governance experience, having served as a director, senior officer and committee chair of numerous companies. At TRUBAR Inc., he served as an independent director, Chair of the Audit and Governance Committees, and a member of the independent Special Committee responsible for evaluating and recommending the company’s sale to ETİ Gıda in 2026.

He currently serves as a Director of Clarus Securities Inc. and Chair of its Audit Committee, and as an independent member of the investment committee for Fiera Capital’s private debt platform, where he participates in the oversight and approval of investment decisions across a multi-billion-dollar private credit platform. He is also a past President and Chairman of The Toronto Hunt Club.

Brock is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a degree in Economics, where he was a member of the university’s Vanier Cup football program, and subsequently pursued post-graduate studies at the Université de Paris-Sorbonne.

In 2004, Brock received The Governor General of Canada’s Commendation for Bravery.
