KINGSLEY WARD

Kingsley is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Investments at VRG Capital. He oversees the firm’s financial operations and leads investment due diligence, capital structuring, and portfolio management across VRG’s private equity and alternative investment platforms.

He began his career at Roynat Capital, a division of Scotiabank, where he specialized in mid-market lending and subordinated debt. As a Senior Associate, he managed origination, underwriting, and execution of transactions up to $50 million across multiple sectors.

In 2023, he joined Tomorrow Partners in London as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance – Debt Advisory group, advising private equity sponsors and corporates on complex financing mandates, including syndicated loans, bond issuances, and private credit facilities. His experience includes securing over €1.4 billion in committed financing for a European fund services acquisition and supporting multiple cross-border leveraged buyouts and refinancings.

He holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) and a Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSc BA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University, where he was recognized as an Ivey Scholar and Dean’s Honor List recipient.
